All of our wax melts and snap bars are individually handmade and occasionally made to order, and for this reason some orders may take up to one week to be dispatched.

All of our wax melts are hand crafted and are made using vegan, Eco-friendly soy-wax. Every melt is infused using only the purest of essential oils and the finest quality fragrance oils. We use only biodegradable glitter and recyclable protective packaging whenever possible. We also strive to reuse boxes for shipping as often as possible.
Our products are highly scented with a scent load of 13%, giving you an incredible hot or cold scent throw.

Terms and Conditions:
Occasionally slight frosting may appear on our soy wax melts. This is a completely natural occurrence when using 100% natural and pure ingredients. It is hardly visible and will not effect the quantity of your wax melts in any way.
We except returns on faulty products only.
All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Once a return is authorised a refund will be issued via the original method of payment.
We are not eligible for postal costs occurred on return items.
