Due to the delicate nature of clay, we understand that occasionally damage may occur during the postal process. As you can appreciate we are unable to replace one off pieces of art, however, we do accept returns on faulty or broken items only. All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Once a return has been authorised a refund will be issued via the original method of payment. We are not eligible for postal costs occurred on return items. Our customers are extremely important to us here at Alchemy of Oddities, therefore we will always endeavour to help where possible.
